With a proven track record of success, a reputation for delivery, an unrivalled contact base and renowned industry expertise and credibility, he has recruited commercial roles both in the UK and internationally. His extensive client base includes US studios, global broadcasters, streaming platforms, content distributors, music companies, SaaS platforms, creative platforms, agency networks, gaming companies, tech start-ups and global sporting organisations.
Andrew predominantly operates at senior management level and is highly experienced in both contingency and executive search recruitment. Andrew prides himself in being fully immersed and connected in the industries he operates in and is a regular attendee and active networker at key industry events including MIPCOM, IBC, RTS, Connected TV World Summit and Web Summit.

Amanda joined the business in 2019 to open the highly successful People & Talent (HR) function within AW Media.
Considered a leader and innovator in her field, she has been working in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for over 18 years. Her career began in financial services, working predominantly with global banking corporations based in the City of London & Canary Wharf.
Since 2009, Amanda has supported industry leaders and founders on senior People, Culture & Talent roles within the Technology, Media & Entertainment sectors. Possessing an exceptional track record of success within the UK, Amanda has also recruited globally across Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia.
Amanda is highly successful in finding excellent high-level talent for clients who are focussed on defining their values, culture, and employee experience. She particularly enjoys working with businesses who have employee experience at the core of their people agenda and those leaders who want to ensure they have the most engaged employees.
