Kellie qualified and worked as a leadership and executive coach, before pivoting her business to focus on parental returners and supporting businesses in creating a more inclusive environment for their working parents. She has made her mission to empower women returning to the workplace post baby with the ability to focus on their career and manage the daily juggle.
Kellie’s clients span a number of industries and she is working with multiple organisations helping them enhance their parental support strategy through practices, process and developing a culture that actively supports parents and returners to be successful in their careers. She delivers individual and group coaching, workshops and talks.
Kellie has over 15 years operating as a Senior HR Leader partnering with CEO’s and MD’s in both large organisations and start up environments.
